Racism observed as the reason for Jackson’s water disaster

The water disaster in Jackson, Mississippi is a long way from over, despite the fact that power has rebounded in a lot of town. It is because citizens say that despite the fact that water flows from their faucets, in lots of instances it smells like uncooked sewage and is cloudy or discolored.
